Océanos is a traditionnal red roof tile Ishigaki House located right between Sea, Mountains & Jungle. A large big room, a traditional Tatami room with western style beds, an open kitchen with a large massively large counter, and a small bathroom, is the environment you will discover at Villa Océanos. You will benefit from a large covered terrace, a 150m² green garden with a stunning oceanic view, just a few meters from the beach.

Location: Nosoko, Itona Beach
With about half a dozen children, this small village of around 50 inhabitants is lively and radiates good cheer. From beaches to coves, only about fifty meters separate the main road from the coast. Just a 3-minute drive away, the protected Ishigaki-Iriomote Nature Park offers a stunning gateway to the tropical jungle, home to numerous endemic creatures, rivers, and countless waterfalls.
30 minutes by car from center town, but only 20 minutes from the airport, the Nosoko area is the best location on the Island, not too far from civilisation, yet in true wild nature just a few clicks from the Ishigaki-Iriomote national reserve.

When the French culture meets the Japanese culture, the result can be fairly explosive. After nearly 20 years in Tokyo selling handmade in Japan items to the world, we have decide to take a big step back from the crazy big city and moved to Ishigaki with our 3 kids.
We love food, we love nature, we love adventure. Licensed lifeguards, we're boat captains sailing on a 420 catamaran around the Island, snorkeling and diving, but we also love having feet on the ground and trekking jungles, rivers and mountains.
